Preschool Front Desk Closer Part Time 2pm to 6:15pm

A friendly, enthusiastic staff can be the greatest asset of a successful Kids ‘R’ Kids School of Quality Learning. You are often the first and last impression parents receive. Your appearance and attitude go a long way toward helping parents feel comfortable and confident in leaving their child in your care.

The responsibilities will be as follows:

• Greet parents, children and other employees on their arrival and departure


• Assist the management team with the day to day operations as delegated and instructed


• Take hourly classroom counts


• Assist with the schedule


• Keep up to date files on each child


• Answer phone calls professionally and able to take accurate messages


• Attend with sick children


• Able to cover classrooms for breaks and coverage if needed


• Assist with the closing procedures


• Drive a bus to local elementary schools to pick up children (Commercial driver's license not required, only a class C)
