We are a large play-based Preschool and Infant Center in Ventura County providing a wide range of hands-on activities and learning in a developmentally appropriate setting.
We are looking for positive, energetic and loving people to join our wonderful team. You must be willing to communicate with parents as well as being a team player. We offer childcare for infants through children 12 years old. Our Daycare/Preschool has a great working environment and we are expanding our program and want you to join us! We are looking for someone who has the following qualification:
- High school graduate.
- 12 ECE Units is desired but not required but willingness to acquire ECE units over time.
- First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain.
- Must be able to communicate to with the children, parents and work as a team player.

Purpose and Goals
Our goals and purpose will always be to implement each individual’s person-centered plan. The support to be provided must improve each participant needs such as medical and emotional wellbeing, problem solving and decision-making skills as well as independent mobility in the community.
The ultimate goal of our SLS program is to assist adults with developmental disabilities to become as independent as possible while receiving necessary support to live in their own communities. This goal can be met through any number of different support arrangements, and the exact structure of supports will vary depending on individual needs and desires.
We will accomplish this goal by providing excellent stewardship on support techniques, individualized education, empowering knowledge, training, attitudinal counseling, survival skills, and daily living skills, advocating for the needs of persons with disabilities and extending our love and care.
