Pricing Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to support our pricing team in either our Merriam, KS or Springfield, MO office. The Pricing Assistant plays a key role in organizing and maintaining pricing data, supporting internal communication, and assisting with fundamental data analysis to help drive informed business decisions.

• Schedule: This is a part-time position requiring 25–30 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Daily hours are flexible, but all work must be completed between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
• Compensation: Starting at $20/hour (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

What you'll do

• Provide administrative support to the pricing team
• Assist with reviewing, loading, updating, and tracking special pricing agreements
• Gather, clean, and prepare reports for pricing analysis
• Communicate with other internal departments regarding updates, renewals, and deadlines
• Perform data entry with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Stay organized and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn new tasks with guidance from supervisors or peers
• Dependable and able to work independently once trained
