Position Summary

We are currently seeking a Spanish-speaking Primary Care Physician to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. This is a great opportunity for a physician seeking a flexible schedule while still providing high-impact, relationship-based care to a vibrant and underserved community.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care across all ages—pediatric through geriatric—within the scope of family or internal medicine.


• Perform physical exams, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results.


• Prescribe medications and monitor treatment plans.


• Deliver patient education with a focus on prevention and wellness.


• Maintain timely and accurate charting (ICD/CPT coding).


• Collaborate with medical assistants, navigators, and clinic staff.


• Contribute to a culture of care that’s community-rooted, equitable, and respectful.


• Adhere to clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards including HIPAA and infection control protocols.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution


• Active Arizona medical license (or eligibility to obtain)


• Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine


• DEA certification


• Bilingual in Spanish and English
  


• Comfortable working in a tech-forward, collaborative environment
