Primary Care Physician - Sarasota/Venice (Part-time, Telehealth)

Part-time Role Overview:

Regulatory Visits and Document Support

The Physician will support regulatory requirements per CMS and state regulations, primarily via telehealth, and provide document support for regulatory purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Bluestone Accountable Care Organization (ACO) - Physician Prestep primary care visits
• Incapacitation documentation (Wisconsin)
• Diabetic shoe certifications
• Acute visit coverage
• Death certificates
• Certification of terminal illness

Expectations:

• 15-20 visits per 8 hour commitment 
• Escalate any clinical or quality concerns identified during chart review to the Clinical Practice Director of the market

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA residency training program
• Board Certified or board prepared with the American Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association
• Licensed in the state of Florida
• Ability to maintain DEA certification for the State of Florida
• Experience in geriatrics, primary care, or complex patient management preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills

• One weekday per pay period/$25,000 annually
• Employed part-time w-2 position
• Bluestone will provide professional liability
