We are currently looking for two (2) Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to help care for a case in Long Pond.
Case Details – Care includes ambulation, tube feeding, medication administration, and ensuring the patient's safety and comfort throughout the school day.

Requirements:
- Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
- At least 1 year of home care experience
- Licensed driver with proof of automobile insurance
- Ability to work on weekdays or weekends
- Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
