Requirements

What You Bring

• Current Dental Assistant certification or equivalent experience (dental radiography/X-ray licensing a plus).
• Strong empathy and communication skills—you're a listening ear and a reassuring presence.
• Ability to adapt to an as-needed schedule with flexibility and dependability.
• Detail-oriented mindset and unwavering commitment to safety and quality care.
   

Bonus Points For

• Previous experience in oral surgery or a fast-paced dental environment.
• Comfort working with IV sedation or anesthesia support.
• Cross-training in patient coordination or front-desk tasks.
