PRN Gift Shop, PRN,

The Sales Associate for the gift shop provides direct customer service by assisting customers with choosing items from displays. This position assists with displaying and arranging merchandise, keeping the shop clean from clutter, assisting with cash register sales and closing at the end of the day. The Sales Associate also keeps records of sales, returns, damaged merchandise and shortages when closing out the register.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Greet every customer with a friendly helpful, demeanor.
• Demonstrate knowledge of merchandise uses, pricing, etc.
• Assist customers with their shopping needs.
• General upkeep responsibilities of shop: dusting, straightening, etc.
• Track damages and coupons accurately.
• Cash drawer reconciliation and ringing of sales.

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor's Degree Healthcare or related field
• Required High School Diploma/GED
• 1 year Retail Experience Preferred
• 1 year Microsoft Office
