Precision Imaging Centers, the #1 choice for outpatient imaging in Northeast Florida, is seeking a PRN Guest Ambassador Float to support our Beach Boulevard and Mandarin locations in Jacksonville, FL. This flexible position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their schedule and thrives in a patient-focused, people-first environment.

Position Type: PRN (as needed)

Schedule: Must be able to float between Beach Blvd and Mandarin locations and work various shifts including weekdays, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Position Overview
As a Guest Ambassador, you'll be the first face our patients see—creating a warm, welcoming, and professional environment. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, adaptable, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest service.

In addition to front desk responsibilities, you'll support patient engagement by promoting services, assisting with education, and contributing to a positive overall experience.

Essential Job Functions

• Greet patients and guests with a friendly, professional demeanor (35%)
   
• Provide clear information on procedures, wait times, and services (35%)
   
• Register patients and direct them appropriately (10%)
   
• Educate patients on available services and encourage online reviews (10%)
   
• Stock refreshments, maintain lobby cleanliness, and assist with light duties (10%)
   

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred
   
• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a healthcare front desk role
   
• Skills: Strong communication, adaptability, and ability to explain healthcare info in simple, friendly language
   

Physical Requirements

• Able to sit or stand for extended periods
   
• Occasionally lift items over 25 lbs.
