In Home Care Registered Nurse

At this time we are currently in need of Full Time and Part Time RN’s to join our team.

Required:

• RN Experience:


• Current NC (RN) Nursing license


• Experience in senior care industry preferred; Home care, Home Health or Hospice experience is desirable-


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Excellent team player but able to work independently


• Current and valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle


• Work Schedule will be based on client and company needs.

Primary RN Responsibility:
· Complete initial in home assessments and home safety assessments for all new clients
· Develop client care plans
· Conducts client in home supervisory visits at least every 90 days and update any changes
· Completes quarterly record review
· Conducts caregiver orientation, caregiver skill validation and documents caregiver competency
· Conduct clients fall risk assessments
· Conducts caregiver TB tests upon hire
