Prn Lpn/Rn

Regency Care of Silver Spring is seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN LPN/RN to join our team in Silver Spring, MD. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality nursing care in a supportive and friendly environment. The position is compensated at $30.00 - $40.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly, with flexible hours to accommodate your schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with state regulations and facility policies.


• Monitor and document patients’ conditions and communicate any changes to the healthcare team.


• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.


• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident care plans.


• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.


• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.


• Ensure a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment for all residents.

Requirements

• Current and valid LPN or RN license in the state of Maryland.


• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a long-term care or related setting preferred.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.


• Flexibility to work PRN shifts as needed.
