What You’ll Do:

  Deliver personalized, high-quality care based on each client’s Plan of Care

  Monitor client conditions and communicate changes with the Director of Nursing

  Keep families informed and involved in their loved one’s care

  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  

  Current, unrestricted RN license in South Carolina

  
  


• 
  

  CPR certification and negative 2-Step TB skin test or blood test

  
  


• 
  

  At least 1 year of nursing experience (home health, clinic, or health facility preferred)

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and provide mobility support as needed
