We are a physical therapy clinic in Northwest Indiana that is experiencing rapid growth. We've grown from one member to a team of  20+ people, from having 50 patients a week to now having more than 500 come through our doors. PT Responsibilities:

• Perform Patient Initial Examination/Assessment, Progress notes, Discharges, Free screens and provide patient-centered treatment per IN State Practice Act
• Document and Bill for services provided per payer rules and guidelines
• Communicate effectively with referring healthcare providers, payers, patients and their family members and educate them about physical therapy benefits.
• Direct, delegate and supervise PTA/aide
• Maintain continuing competencies and train staff
• Collaborate with the team to provide Amazing patient experience for Patient outcomes and completion of POC.
• Maintain and comply with patient confidentiality and integrity in all patient matters
• Promote company events and services,  healthy lifestyle, wellness and injury prevention strategies in the community
• Other duties as directed by the clinic owner, and administrator

• Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution
• Current Indiana State licensure in Physical Therapy
• Friendly, positive  personality
• Knowledge and experience in physical therapy clinical assessments and treatment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of professionalism, strong ethics, organization and time management.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Knowledge of healthcare standards of practice and regulatory health requirements
• Willingness to participate in charitable activities and donate time
• Occasional coverage for Saturdays
