Pro Shop Clerk

Description

Breezy Point Resort is looking to hire a part-time seasonal Golf Pro-shop Clerk to work at two of our three 18-hole golf courses including the Whitebirch Course and Traditional Course. If you are a fun, energetic, and motivated individual who is interested joining our team then we would like to hear from you! All team members must be friendly, dependable, and driven to provide excellent guest service. Retirees are encouraged to apply.  We offer several resort discounts!!!

Requirements

• Must have experience as a cashier or sales clerk and demonstrate proper cash handling abilities
• General knowledge of the game of golf
• Basic working knowledge of computers and point of sale systems
• Answer telephone, take reservations
• Register players and assign tee times, making sure all golfers are registered
• Collect all money for green fees, rentals, and pro-shop sales
• Maintain general order and cleanliness in the pro-shop
• Must be courteous with patrons at all times
• Work as a team player with co-workers and in conjunction with other departments
• Must be willing to undergo a background screening for this position
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
