Applicants will oversee the virtual 25-hour Pre-license/General Contractor Course. This includes setting up the classroom for instruction and monitoring students for cheating or the use of unauthorized materials to ensure the course's integrity. You will also need to distribute and collect course materials such as booklets, notepads, and pens or pencils. 

To qualify for this position, you must be a high school graduate with at least two years of professional work experience. We're looking for someone comfortable using electronic equipment such as webcams, speakers, and microphones, as well as virtual software like Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills are a must, along with a professional demeanor and the ability to work independently. 

This part-time position starts at $20.00 an hour and comes with some great perks!
