Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Part-time Production Associate to join our team. In this role, you will operate machinery and assemble rubber and plastic products, ensuring high-quality production standards and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Work Hours:
This position will operate on either 1st shift (6am- 2pm), 2nd shift (2pm - 10pm) or 3rd shift (10pm-6am). 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machines and assemble rubber and plastic components as per work instructions.
• Ensure consistent flow and cycle time of gaskets to meet part quotas.
• Conduct visual and physical quality checks during production.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors.
• Adhere strictly to OSHA health and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused on tasks.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic issues with equipment.
• Ability to work on your feet for 8-10 hours a day.
• Excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
