Production Coordinator - UMR - 1st shift

Position:  UMR Production Coordinator

Reports To: Production Manager

General Description:

Assist production staff and administration with factory operations

Responsibilities:

• Cycle counting activities including researching variances and implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
• Coordinate purchasing and delivery schedules with vendors
• Receipt of shipments into ERP system
• Processing of non-conforming materials 
• Processing of production orders
• Data entry tasks of production records
• Creation of work instructions and process documents
• Maintain records and documentation
• Continuous improvement projects and tasks as assigned
• Actively participate in stopping and correcting unsafe conditions and behaviors.

 Experience:

• Ability to work independently 
• Must be able to work in a fast pace environment while maintaining quality and safety standards
• Sound communication skills and excellent problem-solving ability
• Possess skills required to improvise and adapt where needed

Education:· High School Diploma or equivalency required.

Physical Requirement:· Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
