Job Summary:
RogersHood is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Production Worker to assist with daily production tasks. This role involves operating small equipment, packaging products, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Key Responsibilities:
Product Preparation and Packaging: Apply labels accurately, seal products, and package them efficiently to meet quality standards.
Inventory and Materials: Assemble and pack finished products, verifying items against invoices for accuracy.
Workspace Maintenance: Clean and sanitize work areas, tools, and equipment regularly to ensure a safe and organized environment.
Machinery Operation: Operate small production equipment and tools as needed.
Quality Control: Inspect products during production and packaging to maintain high standards.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet production deadlines and ensure smooth operations.
Safety Compliance: Follow workplace safety rules and report any concerns or equipment issues to the supervisor.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or a warehouse setting is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Punctual, dependable, and flexible to take on various tasks as assigned.
- Legal authorization to work in the country.
- Willingness to comply with company policies, including safety and hygiene standards.

Schedule:
This is a part-time position requiring 20–25 hours per week. Shifts are typically scheduled Monday-Friday during the hours of 8 am to 5 pm, with occasional flexibility on Saturdays depending on production needs.
