What you’ll do

• Assist with various manufacturing duties, including but not limited to: material staging, production, quality control, and shipping
• Direct orders to the appropriate department throughout the manufacturing process
• Conduct quality inspections at each production stage to ensure compliance with company standards
• Perform all production duties as directed by production leadership dependent on daily operational demands
• Operate a forklift to store/move materials as needed

• Ability to complete implied tasks to perform necessary job functions
• Willingness to learn all aspects of the manufacturing process
• Attention to detail
• Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices
• Ability to keep and maintain a clean, safe working environment
• Able to repeatedly lift 25 lbs and up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand/walk for 10-12 hours per shift
