We are hiring a team of NY-certified caregivers (PCA or HHA) to serve our clients in their homes in Northern Westchester. 

Towns served include Croton-on-Hudson, Ossining, Yorktown Heights, Somers and Briarcliff Manor.

Job Qualifications:

• Required: Professional Experience as a Personal Care Assistant or Home Health Aide


• REQUIRED: You must be able to interview in-person at our Croton-on-Hudson office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with ADLs (Bathing, Toiletting, Dressing, Mobility, etc.).  Personal Care.


• 
  Provide caring companionship, conversation, and help with hobbies and leisure activities.  Companion Care.
  


• Transport and accompany clients to their appointments


• Assist with meal planning, grocery shopping and meal preparation


• Light housekeeping


• Give medication reminders


• Collaborate with client’s care team to provide client updates and important health changes
