We are hiring a team of NY-Certified Caregivers (PCA or HHA) to serve our clients in their homes in Northern Westchester.

Towns served include Croton-on-Hudson, Ossining, Yorktown Heights, Somers, and Briarcliff Manor.

Job Qualifications:

• 
  Required: Professional experience as a Personal Care Aide (PCA) or Home Health Aide (HHA)


• 
  Required: Ability to interview in-person at our Croton-on-Hudson office


• A genuine desire to assist others and improve their quality of life


• Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism


• Excellent communication skills


• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks as assigned

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, dressing, and mobility – Personal Care.


• Provide caring companionship, conversation, and assistance with hobbies and leisure activities – Companion Care.


• Transport and accompany clients to their appointments.


• Assist with meal planning, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.


• Perform light housekeeping duties.


• Provide medication reminders.


• Collaborate with the client’s care team to provide updates and share important health changes.
