Responsibilities

• 
  

  Assist clients with personal hygiene, mobility, and medication reminders

  
  


• 
  

  Plan and prepare meals; support physical therapy and daily living activities

  
  


• 
  

  Perform light housekeeping and errands

  
  


• 
  

  Enter care notes into company app

  
  


• 
  

  Provide companionship and emotional support

  
  


• 
  

  Act quickly and responsibly in case of emergency

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  MUST HAVE Active Maine CNA license or PSS certification

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 2 years professional caregiving experience preferred-we coach new graduates with on the job training as long as required certifications are valid!

  
  


• 
  

  Required: Dementia, hospice, and safe transfer experience (Hoyer lift proficiency)

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Must have for hourly caregivers)

  
  


• 
  

  Compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented

  
  


• 
  

  Pass background check and drug screening

  
  


• 
  

  Completion of COVID-19 training and safety compliance
