Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and personable Program Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective families, helping them understand our programs and guiding them toward the best options for their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective students and parents to understand academic needs and recommend suitable programs
- Present program offerings and guide families through the enrollment process
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, and in-person meetings
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, consultations, and enrollments
- Collaborate with the operations and teaching teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
- Support center events, webinars, and outreach initiatives to attract new students
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with families
- Comfortable discussing program pricing and closing enrollments
- Previous experience in education, admissions, sales, or customer service preferred
