Job Summary:
Alluvionic is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Program Analyst I (Part-Time) to join our team supporting the IOD division in Washington, DC. This position is ideal for a self-starter with a background in administrative support and a desire to work in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.


Clearance Required:  Yes – Obtain a Public Trust
Location: Washington, DC 
*This is an onsite position.*


Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and programmatic support to the division.

• Foster strong working relationships with internal staff and external partners.

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all communications and documentation.

• Quickly adapt to new systems and process changes to support continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• At least one (1) year of experience in administrative support.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships.

• High level of confidentiality and integrity.

• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to change.

• Ability to learn and integrate new technologies and processes.​​​​​​​

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Former Law Enforcement experience
