Program Coach

Are you energetic, caring, and love working with kids? We Rock the Spectrum - Eagan is looking for enthusiastic Program Coach to help create a fun, safe, and inclusive experience for children with disabilities.

At We Rock the Spectrum, we provide an inclusive sensory gym where kids of all abilities can explore, play, and grow. Our summer program is packed with crafts, games, sensory play, and activities designed to engage every child and create lasting memories.

Schedule:
We are looking for after school and weekend hours to be filled.

About the Role

As a Program Coach, you’ll be part of a supportive team making sure every child is safe, engaged, and having fun. From sensory activities to crafts, you’ll help create a welcoming environment where kids feel valued and included.

This is a great opportunity for high school and college students interested in education, special education, or working with kids!

Key Responsibilities

• Support children during activities like crafts, sensory play, and games
• Ensure participants are safe, engaged, and having a great time
• Assist with cleaning and keeping the space organized and welcoming
• Create a positive, inclusive, and fun environment for everyone
• Be a team player and a positive role model for children
