Accord is a pioneering residential treatment program specializing in metabolism for mental health. We

support clients in their mental wellness through nutrition, movement and exercise, stress reduction, circadian

rhythm alignment, and avoiding metabolic disruptors.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Supports clients in using healthy coping mechanisms and implementing their individualized treatment plans.
• Develops strong therapeutic relationships with clients. 
• Follows all guidelines, regulations, standards, and policies.
• Helps clients set and reach their therapeutic goals.
• Keeps detailed progress notes.
• Refers clients to the clinical team when necessary.
• Facilitates therapeutic groups including walk, general wellness and mindfulness groups.
• Supports residents in preparing meals and following the ketogenic diet.
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness at the house in common areas.
• Assists clients with utilizing monitoring technologies including the biocanic app, cgm, keto-mojo, garmin watch, etc.

Qualifications and Skills: 

• Collaborates with clients and has strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Has strong critical thinking skills.
• Ability to build therapeutic relationships with clients while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
• Brings personal interests around metabolic wellness to the program such as cooking, exercising, yoga, mindfulness, etc.
• Responsible, efficient, discreet, and organized.

Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience with providing mental health support.
• CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ketogenic diet knowledge preferred.
