Through Supported Living Services (SLS), Coordinated Family Services, and our innovative Coordinated Career Pathways, we support individual choice, independence, and inclusive opportunities.
We operate under California’s Department of Developmental Services (DDS) and Regional Center guidelines (including RCOC and NLACRC), grounded in the values of the Lanterman Act, person-centered planning, and culturally competent care.
Role Summary:
We’re seeking a part-time Program Director to oversee and grow our SLS program. You’ll manage client services, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance (DDS/Regional Center), and support expansion initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the SLS program
- Ensure person-centered, 24-hour care that aligns with client IPPs
- Supervise, train, and schedule support staff
- Act as liaison to families and Regional Center staff
- Ensure compliance with Title 17, DDS, and funding requirements
- Maintain documentation, incident reports, and staff records
- Respond to client needs and emergencies, including after hours if needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in developmental disability services (5+ preferred)
- 1+ years of supervisory/program leadership experience
- Bachelor’s in human services or related field (required)
- Excellent communication, organization, and crisis management skills
- Valid CA driver’s license, First Aid/CPR, and background clearance
Schedule & Compensation:
- Part-time/hourly, 20–30 hrs/week (may grow with program needs)
- Pay: $44.06 – $48.75/hour (equivalent to $91.6K–$101.3K annually)
