Property Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Weekend Property Support Specialist to assist with the maintenance and turnover of vacation rental properties in Indian Harbor Beach, FL. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, has excellent organizational skills, and can interact professionally with clients.

*THIS IS A SATURDAY AND SUNDAY ROLE

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Site Visits: Manage rental properties to assess and document conditions upon guest checkout.
• Inventory Management: Track and manage inventory supplies required for property turnovers.
• Linens Removal: Collect dirty linens from vacation rental properties back to the office for laundering.
• Property Condition Documentation: Take detailed notes and photos, if necessary, on the condition of properties, including any damages or maintenance needs.
• Multi-tasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and adapt to changes in the schedule.
• Client Interaction: Maintain a professional demeanor and provide excellent customer service during site visits.
• Cleaning Tasks: Perform cleaning duties at properties as necessary, including cleaning of common and living areas and ensuring units are presentable for the next guests. Some prior cleaning experience is required. 

Requirements:

• Clean Background: Must pass a background check.
• Drug Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Driving Record: Must have a clean driving record.
• Valid Driver’s License: Required for traveling between properties.
• Reliable Transportation: Must have dependable transportation for site visits.
• Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds and managing stairs during site inspections.
