Job Title: Banquet Set Up Attendant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Banquet Set Up Attendant to join our team at the Hotel Conference Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and setting up banquet facilities for events, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down banquet rooms according to event specifications and diagrams.
- Arrange tables, chairs, and other equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all necessary supplies and equipment are available and in good condition.
- Assist with the decoration and presentation of banquet spaces as needed.
- Collaborate with event coordinators and other staff to ensure all event requirements are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas before, during, and after events.
- Respond promptly to any guest requests or needs during events.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or event setting is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Physical stamina to lift and move furniture and equipment as needed.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
