Psychiatric Advanced Practice Provider - NP, APRN, or PA (MA) - Pathfinder Recovery & Health Ser

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and formulate individualized treatment plans.
  
• Provide medication management, including initiation and ongoing monitoring of psychotropic and medication -assisted treatments (MAT), such as buprenorphine, naltrexone, and Vivitrol. 
  
• Deliver care in compliance with evidence -based practices and within scope of licensure. 
  
• Collaborate closely with therapists, case managers, and medical staff to support integrated behavioral health care. 
  
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, side effects, and recovery goals. 
  
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) consistent with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, and organizational standards.
  
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, case reviews, and clinical supervision as required.
  
• Stay current with best practices in psychiatric and addiction medicine through continuing education.
  

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing (APRN) or Physician Assistant Studies.
  
• Active, unrestricted Massachusetts​​ license as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), APRN, or Physician Assistant (PA -C).
  
• High levels of patient engagement and treatment adherence.
  
• Accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of all patient encounters.
  
• Collaboration that supports integrated, recovery -oriented care.
  

• Remote, part -time role with flexible scheduling.
