Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to perform comprehensive mental health evaluations. Our ideal candidate will evaluate functional impairments related to mental health and prepare a report that will be used as part of the process to evaluate the disabled individual’s application for Social Security benefits. This is an on-site role, ranging between 1-2 days per month with travel opportunities available to other locations. Compensation ranges from $65 to $90 per unit for Mental Status Exams (MSEs).
Responsibilities:
- Psychological Evaluations: Perform mental status exam’s (MSE’s) to determine the impact of mental health on disability claims.
- Assessment: Conduct comprehensive assessment of patients’ mental health status, including their emotional, cognitive, and behavioral functioning.
- Report Creation: Create a comprehensive report including accurate and complete descriptions of the applicant’s mental health condition(s).
- Data Submission: Utilize our user-friendly report generation platform to submit your report quickly and easily.
Qualifications:
- Valid Psychiatric-Mental Health NP license and certification (PMHNP-BC).
- Completion of a master’s degree in nursing.
- Proven experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

*The 401k is available to all employees. Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays are accessible for employees working 20 or more hours per week.
