Job Description - PT Administrative Assistant, In Unit



Part-time


Description

Come join our fun team at eeZ! The Administrative Assistant position is a PT, in-person role, responsible for varied administrative tasks. Duties include handling of sensitive, confidential and proprietary information associated with business protocols and personal data. This position is crucial to the store team and requires 4-5 hours of on-site work daily.  



Requirements

Availability on the last day of each month is required.

Strong computer skills to include Word, PowerPoint and Excel. 

Excellent written and verbal-communication skills.

Must be organized, detail-oriented, self motivated and able to multi-task.

Ability to meet deadlines as assigned.

1-2 years of administrative experience.

Restaurant experience and/or industry knowledge is a plus
