P/T Compliance

Great opportunity for someone that wants to learn more about property management. Compliance inspections daily in a golf cart!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Enters inspections into Smart Webs

Inspects work of vendors

Works closely with Compliance team with follow up inspections

Communicates with homeowners, guests, and vendors

• Monitor 30 day/90 day past due citation status
  


• Boots to the ground 4 hours a day
  


• Understand the access control procedures
  


• Creates and mails citation violation letters daily
  


• Updates and tracks the spreadsheet for the Hearing Committee
  


• Assists Community Association Manager with any special requests, i.e. administrative work, mailings, etc.
  


• Resolves and follows-up on all complaints/issues that cross his or her desk
  


• Full knowledge and back up support to the Receptionist position
  


• Outside inspection of homes for violations.
  


• General admin support.
  

** VALID DRIVERS LICENSE A MUST!**

Part-Time: 20 hours a week **Flexible hours and days** 

Pay Rate: Up to $18
