PT Concierge

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Concierges act as the first point of contact between guests and an organization. They are tasked with answering guest inquiries, directing phone calls, coordinating travel plans, and more. They must uphold company culture at all times while making guests feel welcomed and valued.

This position is an on site (Maple Grove, MN) PT evening position up to 25 hours a week, please see below for detailed schedule.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet guests at the front desk and answer any questions.
• Prepare and display beverage and snacks in lobby.
• Provide reception and concierge services.
• Answering phones.
• Preparing tenant correspondence.
• Tenant package services.
• Assist with event planning.
• Receive work orders.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including the company grooming standards.
• Promptly answer, record, and complete all resident requests, phone calls, questions, or concerns.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional and positive attitude.
• Experience with hospitality/tenant services/property management preferred.
• Computer knowledge MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to act independently and make decisions.
• Ability to multi-task and manage several projects and excel under tight deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility for possible evening and weekend hours

CLASSIFICATION: Non- Exempt

• Expected Hours of Work This is a PT Position
• Days and hours of work are Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 2-10 PM
• Lunch break is 30 minutes daily.

COMPENSATION: The appointed candidate will be offered a salary of $20.5 the hour.  This position is not eligible for benefits. Per MN Law the employee in this position is eligible to receive MN Sick and safe time. 1 hour per every 30 hours worked. 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
