Position Overview:

CAL Ranch is seeking dependable, hard-working Freight Crew Workers to join our in-store team. Freight Crew Workers are responsible for the unloading, stocking, and organizing of merchandise, ensuring that product is available, properly rotated, and presented well on the sales floor.

This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role ideal for someone who enjoys staying active and working as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload incoming freight and verify accuracy of shipments.
   
• Organize and stage merchandise for stocking.
   
• Stock shelves and displays according to company standards.
   
• Rotate product to ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO).
   
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of stockroom and sales floor.
   
• Follow all safety protocols when handling merchandise and equipment.
   
• Assist with inventory counts as needed.
   
• Provide general support to other departments as required.
