POSITION SUMMARY:

The Leasing Agent for Nath Companies must be a highly motivated, customer -focused professional with a passion for real estate and helping people find their next home. We're looking for a Part-Time Leasing Agent to join our team on weekends at our upscale, Class A apartment community in Roseville, Minnesota.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Greet prospective residents/conduct property tours.
• Assist with leasing inquiries, applications, and move-ins.
• Provide exceptional customer service to current/future residents
• Maintain a professional, welcoming leasing office environment. 

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that they are able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Previous leasing, sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Professional appearance and demeanor. 
• Ability to work independently.
• Manage time effectively.
• Pass/successful background screenings.
• Valid driver's license required.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 

• Ability to lift to 10 lbs.
• Ability to walk inside/outside the building. 
• Reaching above and below the shoulders.
• Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
