Job Description - PT Nanny Manager - Naperville - JC 0438

Part-Time Nanny Manager – Naperville, IL
Guaranteed 21 Hours/Week | $28–$32/hr. | Start Date: 8/18/2025
A busy, welcoming family in Naperville is seeking an experienced and organized Part-Time Nanny Manager to care for a school-aged child and help manage the home. This long-term position is perfect for a warm, proactive, and reliable professional who enjoys working with children and supporting household operations.
Schedule:

Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday – Friday: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Guaranteed 21 hours/week

Compensation & Benefits:

$28–$32 per hour, based on experience
Paid time off (PTO)
Mileage reimbursement for work-related driving

Responsibilities Include:

School pickup and transportation to activities (must use own vehicle)
Child-related tasks and supervision
Light housekeeping: tidying, dishes, and maintaining home organization
Child’s laundry and general home organization
Food prep and meal support (from chopping to full meal prep/cooking)
Running errands: grocery shopping, returns, post office, etc.
Coordinating and scheduling home services and appointments
Occasional dog walking (family has a large dog – comfort around pets required)

Qualifications:

Previous experience in nanny and house management roles
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
CPR certification (or willingness to become certified)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable with a large dog
Proactive, dependable, and communicative
