We are seeking a dynamic and organized Part Time Social Coordinator to manage community communications and lead the planning and execution of social events within our vibrant 55+ HOA. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, creative, and highly detail-oriented with prior experience in community engagement, event planning, and communications.
Collaborate with the Social Committee to plan, coordinate, and execute community-wide events, private functions, entertainment, parties, and banquets.
Oversee all logistics to ensure successful and enjoyable experiences for residents.
Create and distribute resident email communications (multiple times per week).
Maintain and update the HOA’s community website, cable TV channel, and social media platforms.
Produce the quarterly community newsletter, including coordinating content from residents, committees, board members, and management, and securing sponsorships.
Manage the distribution of key fobs and pool keys to residents.
Provide new residents with Rules & Regulations packets and relevant materials.
Monitor and reconcile monthly petty cash expenditures.
Purchase and maintain inventory of office, kitchen, and event-related supplies.
Attend and support all monthly board and community meetings.
