PT Support Staff - Retail Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist individuals with disabilities by providing varying levels of support tailored to their needs


• Maintain a calm, professional approach in challenging situations


• Administer medications as required (training provided)


• Support daily routines in a fast-paced environment


• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive interactions

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and extended periods on your feet


• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Willingness to complete ongoing paid training requirements


• Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities
