JOB TITLE: Quality Assurance Specialist – (Part-Time) - 24 hours per week
DEPARTMENT: Administrative
PURPOSE: This position reports to the Executive Director, and it will be responsible for various aspects to ensure the agency is maintaining all compliance and licensure regulations.
JOB FUNCTIONS:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to maintain and demonstrate excellent people skills.
Excellent written and verbal skills
Ability to write measurable objectives.
Minimum 2-5 years relevant experience.
Detail-Oriented and highly organized.
Proficient in Microsoft word processing and excel.
Effective communication and personal skills
UNUSUAL WORKING CONDITIONS:
Must be available to work in emergency situations.
Ability to work flexible shifts, days / hours, when requested by the Executive Director.
May be exposed to infectious diseases.
LIFTING REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to lift to 40 lbs.
