POSITION
SUMMARY

As
Ramp
Church
Nursery
Director
you
will
maintain
the
spiritual
and
practical

wellness
of
our
Ramp
Church
Nursery
Department,
including
kids
ages
six
months

to
four
years
old,
our
parents,
and
the
Ramp
Nursery
serve
team.
You
will
be

expected
to
attend
weekly
scheduled
staff
meetings,
Ramp
Church
Staff
meetings,

and
any
Events
Team
meetings.
You
will
oversee
scheduling,
serve
team
rotations,

monthly
curriculum,
inventory,
and
any
communication
regarding
Ramp
Nursery.

As
a
part
of
Ramp
Church
Staff
you
will
be
expected
to
assist
in
organizing
any

Ramp
Church
functions,
and
be
available
to
help
in
any
way
needed.
You
will
be

expected
to
attend
pre-service
prayer
and
services
on
weeks
you
are
not
leading

Ramp
Nursery,
and
to
carry
weight
Spiritually
on
this
team
knowing
you
play
a
role

in
what
God
is
doing
in
and
through
the
Ramp.

FUNCTIONS

Essential
Functions:

●

Creates
curriculum
for
Ramp
Nursery
(six
months
to
four
years).

●

Creates
service
flow/schedule.

●

Adapts
Ramp
Kids
handbook
as
needed

●

Handles
all
communication
(with
parents,
volunteers,
director,
etc.)

●

Schedules
team
rotations
ensuring
child-to-volunteer
ratios
are
acceptable.

Scheduled
as
a
lesson
lead
on
a
bi-weekly
basis.

●

Maintains
health
of
the
Nursery
team
with
monthly
team
nights,
1:1

meetings,
and
open
communication
with
the
team

●

Manages
inventory
and
maintains
Nursery
building.

●

Oversees
and
organizes
conference
childcare.
