Job Description - Real Estate Transaction Coordinator

Job Title: Real Estate Transaction Coordinator
Location: 100% Remote
Position Type: Contract - 25 hrs/week
Salary/Pay Range: $30 - $35/hr W2

Qualifications

Experience in a similar role within the real estate industry
Strong knowledge of real estate transaction processes, documentation requirements, and legal/regulatory compliance
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt quickly to process changes
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring all purchase contracts are fully executed
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels and across various teams and outside brokerages
Ability to work independently and take initiative, while also collaborating effectively within the team
Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of Google sheets, Google Docs and DocuSign
Highly professional and trustworthy
