Rec Attendant

The Sagamore is looking to hire team members for our recreation department. These hard working, fun loving individuals will engage with our guests in recreational activities. We are looking for those who work best as a team, are organized and energetic. This job does require associates to be standing, walking, reaching, bending and kneeling.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Monitor use of the indoor Rec Center which includes mini golf, basketball, wiffle ball, ping pong, billiards, foosball and video games.

· Provide equipment for activities to guests and clean returned equipment.

· Ensure all planned activities start on time, encourage and engage participants.

· Handles the set-up, preparation & clean-up of scheduled activities.

· Handles scheduling, reserving and billing of tennis and pickle ball courts.

· Be familiar with resort hours of operations and offerings.

· Communicate inventory and supply needs.

· Keep accurate attendance logs of guest usage.

· Assist at pool as needed.

Qualifications: 

• Previous Experience is a Plus


• Able to work a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.


• Excellent guest service skills and oral communication skills.


• Ability to lift to 20 lbs. and carry up to 75 lbs.


• Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods.
