The Receiving Coordinator is responsible for managing the delivery and receiving process within the store, ensuring accurate product deliveries, proper pricing, and signage across all departments. This role includes overseeing invoice accuracy, communicating with vendors, and maintaining organized and efficient operations within the store’s receiving area. The Receiving Coordinator will support all departments and collaborate closely with department managers and the Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager.
General Purpose:
The Receiving Coordinator ensures that all incoming products are accurately scanned, properly invoiced, and correctly priced. This role is vital in maintaining the flow of goods into the store, ensuring inventory accuracy, and contributing to the overall success of the store’s operations by ensuring proper pricing and signage are maintained.
Position Responsibilities:
Follow established departmental and store policies and procedures to ensure consistent operations.
Ensure pricing accuracy and appropriate signage throughout the entire store.
Print, sort, and hang tags and signs from the current pricing system on a weekly basis.
Ensure end displays have the correct pricing and signage.
Scan all products delivered to the store accurately into the inventory system.
Ensure the accuracy of invoices associated with deliveries, ensuring the correct costs have been applied.
Communicate with vendors regarding special orders, displays, and ad items.
Complete assigned tasks efficiently and within the designated time frame.
Communicate regularly and openly with department managers and the Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager to ensure smooth operations.
Set a professional and positive example for others to follow.
Other duties as assigned by leadership.

Requirements
Basic computer skills required.
Basic math skills for invoice and pricing accuracy.
Ability to interpret policies and procedures and apply them effectively.
Excellent organizational and planning skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Ability to make logical decisions using company policies and best practices as a guide.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality control.
