About the Role
As the Ambassador of First Impressions, you will be the heart of our front desk operations and the first smiling face visitors see. Your role will be pivotal in setting the tone for their experience with us. You’ll handle a variety of tasks to ensure our office runs smoothly, all while creating a warm and welcoming environment that reflects the family-friendly reputation we’re known for.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome with Warmth – Greet visitors with a friendly smile and direct them to the appropriate team members or departments.
Answer with Ease – Handle incoming calls and ensure inquiries are routed promptly and accurately.
Keep Things Organized – Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting reception area, creating a great first impression every time.
Support Office Operations – Assisting with basic administrative tasks and fun projects
Be the Go-To Person – Provide helpful information and outstanding service to clients, staff, and guests throughout their experience.
