Job Description - Receptionist

Description of the role:

The receptionist at Volvo Cars Santa Monica will also be responsible for filing and scanning documents in addition to typical reception duties.

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests

Answer and direct phone calls

Perform basic administrative tasks

Manage incoming and outgoing mail

Assist with filing and scanning documents

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills

Organizational skills

Attention to detail

Benefits:

$19.00 per hour paid weekly
