Receptionist

Bay Bluffs - Emmet County Medical Care Facility is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service to Residents, families, visitors, volunteers, and staff. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact, assisting with various needs while performing clerical and secretarial duties to support the smooth operation of the facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of customer service to Residents, families, visitors, volunteers, and staff.


• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously.


• Greet and assist those entering the building.


• Support Residents with various needs as they arise.


• Perform secretarial and clerical duties, such as maintaining a resident petty cash account, receiving and sorting mail, and receipting cash and checks.


• Assist the Business Office as requested to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.


• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.


• Experience with basic clerical and secretarial duties preferred.


• Professional and courteous demeanor.


• Must be able to pass a background check.
