Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and friendly Part-Time Receptionist to join our team at Heritage Ford of Vernal. This role is often the first point of contact for customers and plays an important role in creating a positive first impression. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and enjoys working with people.

Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers promptly and professionally in person and by phone
• Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate department
• Assist customers with basic questions and direct them as needed
• Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and lobby area
• Perform light administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
• Support dealership staff with general office duties

Qualifications
• Friendly and positive attitude with strong customer service skills
• Professional appearance and communication skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Basic computer and phone skills
• Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred

Schedule
• Part-time position
• Approximately 20–30 hours per week
• Flexible scheduling available (may include evenings or Saturdays)
