Receptionist

• Greet residents and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
• Answer incoming calls and assist with inquires
• Maintain a clean and organized desk area
• Support various administrative tasks as needed

• Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor
• A caring attitude and comfort working with senior adults
• Basic proficiency with phones, email, and office software
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred
