Receptionist & Cashier - Full-Time

Jones Family of Dealerships is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Full-Time Receptionist & Cashier to join our team in Lancaster, PA. This position plays an essential role as the first point of contact for our customers while supporting daily office and cash-handling operations across our Honda, GMC, Acura, and Powersports locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner


• Answer and route incoming calls using a multi-line phone system


• Provide accurate information to customers in person and over the phone


• Process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately


• Scan, file, and maintain organized records and documentation


• Support general receptionist and administrative office duties as needed

Qualifications

• Prior receptionist, cashier, or customer service experience preferred


• Comfortable using computers, scanners, printers, and multi-line phone systems


• Professional appearance and positive attitude


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment


• Strong attention to detail and dependability

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM


• Saturday: 1 Saturday per month (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
